About this home
Amazing downtown property available. It was initially designed as a Pub/BBQ location. Updated location has large windows facing Union Street one of which rolls up to create an open air space. Working kitchen and tables are ready for use. There is an unfinished on-tap beer system that was to be used as a "Beer Garden". Please call us with your questions! This will be a triple net (NNN) lease.
