Craig Brody is a Massachusetts real estate broker with the Brody Murphy Novak Group at Douglas Elliman, serving clients across Greater Boston, Cape Cod, and the Islands. He works primarily with high-end sellers, buyers, and multi-family developers, with a focus on luxury new development across the region.
Craig jointly represented the buyer in the largest single-building transaction ever recorded in Boston’s North End — a $17.025 million sale at 139 Richmond Street — earning a CoStar Impact Award as judged by local real estate professionals. Recent production includes more than $31.4 million across 13 deals.
Craig’s path into real estate is unusual: before brokering homes, he spent fifteen years in the liquor and wine industry, directing national sales programs and building brands at scale. That commercial-sales background — relationships, positioning, and execution — translates directly into how he approaches real estate today. Raised in Framingham and educated at Rollins College, Craig worked in his family’s business before transitioning into real estate full-time, joining Douglas Elliman from Berkshire Hathaway with a keen interest in luxury new development.
