Craig Brody is a licensed Massachusetts real estate salesperson and BMN Boston team lead at Douglas Elliman Real Estate. Based at the firm’s Boston office at 20 Park Plaza, Craig advises buyers, sellers, investors, and developers across Greater Boston, MetroWest, Cape Cod, and the Islands. His work spans luxury homes, multifamily property, and new development, with the same practical focus at every price point: understand the opportunity, communicate plainly, and keep the transaction moving.
Experience built around relationships
A Framingham native and Rollins College graduate, Craig spent 15 years in his family’s wine and spirits business, M.S. Walker, before entering real estate. Working across sales, brand building, and national accounts taught him how to position a product, negotiate with experienced decision-makers, and maintain relationships long after a deal closes. Those skills now shape the way he markets homes, builds buyer interest, and connects clients with the right people to solve a problem.
Craig began his real estate career in 2018 and joined Douglas Elliman in 2021. Early in his career, he secured and helped sell a condominium development approaching $10 million. He has since represented high-value residential and multifamily transactions, including the buyer in the record-setting $17.025 million sale of 139 Richmond Street in Boston’s North End, a transaction recognized with a CoStar Impact Award. He is also a member of Douglas Elliman’s Sports & Entertainment Division.
A candid, connected approach
Craig is known for his energy, directness, and broad Greater Boston network. Sellers benefit from his instinct for presentation and audience; buyers benefit from his ability to surface context that is not obvious in a listing sheet; and investors receive advice grounded in both residential demand and the operational realities of a property. He is particularly comfortable with transactions that require persistence, creative structuring, or coordination among multiple parties.
BMN Boston
Craig and Steven Novak lead BMN Boston alongside Ashlie Tucker, Melissa Muken, and Valvel Temin. The team combines local relationships, modern property marketing, investment analysis, and Douglas Elliman’s national and international reach to give clients coordinated representation from the first conversation through closing.
