Melissa’s passion for real estate began at an early age, when she first envisioned a career in the industry. After graduating from Northeastern University, she launched her professional career in corporate advertising sales in New York City for over 10 years. While building a successful career in advertising, her interest in real estate remained a constant focus. She later became a licensed real estate salesperson in New York and gained valuable hands-on experience through renovating and flipping homes in Amagansett.

Beyond real estate, Melissa has an extensive background in community engagement and creative initiatives. She has curated multiple book fairs throughout New York City, the Hamptons, and Brookline, bringing communities together through literature and events. She is also the author of the children’s book Chloe and Her Bazillion Bows.

Melissa currently resides in Massachusetts and spends time in Switzerland with her husband and two children. She is proud to be a full-time member of Douglas Elliman and part of The Craig Brody & Steve Novak Group, where she combines professionalism, market expertise, and a client-focused approach to help buyers and sellers achieve their goals.

Deeply committed to community involvement, Melissa serves as a board member of the Brookline Commission for Women and is an active volunteer at the Brookline Senior Center, supporting activities and fundraising initiatives. She is known for her attention to detail, strong communication skills, and dedication to building meaningful relationships while delivering exceptional service to her clients.
