When he bought his condo in 2007, the realtor commented that living in one of Cambridge’s classic brick buildings was a true gift. 14 years later, he still thinks she is right. When he opened the kitchen to the living area, the space felt even bigger and more convivial, and having two large bedrooms meant both he and his guests were always very comfortable, His personal haven in Oxford Courts, situated at the base of Avon Hill and in the heart of Porter Sq., allowed him to be in the midst of the city’s energy when he wanted to & quietly on his own when it suited him better. Having a garage parking space meant he could get back & forth to work and in & out of town with ease. Now that he is moving on, he reflects on his time there, saying, “It was a pretty special place to live: everything you need immediately at hand.”
