In recent years, he has worked alongside developers and investors, helping to strategize, acquire, reposition, and manage expansive portfolios of $100+ million. That is a sector where “valuations are high, risks are higher…but so are the rewards.”
Chad’s out-of-the-box thinking and hard work ethic has been rewarded with success, as well as a repeat clientele and steady referrals in both residential and commercial real estate. He is excited to bring his years of experience and expertise to Douglas Elliman as part of the Brody, Murphy, Novak Group.
A native New Englander, Chad attended Whittier College in Southern California where he played four years of DIII Men’s Lacrosse. Following graduation, he moved back to the Boston area and has called a number of neighborhoods home.
